Online Patient Access

In April 2014 GP practices were asked to make arrangements for patients to access their own Summary Care Records online.

We would like to make our patients aware of this change and inform you that we have now set up this functionality.

If you have any questions and would like access to your Summary Care Records please ask at the surgery or click the link on this website.
